provided in organizing and guidance of our group in the Jordan tour !
To be short absolute winner in the comparison
between the companies I was served by in the past.
Enjoyed the service from the first minute and
till the border cross on the way back home.
I've got ZAMAN-TOURS recommendations from my
coleague and send them e-mail with request for creating tailored tour, including hiking, history and nature sites and Petra for mixed group of 15 x (11 - 60) year guys.
After a day I've got back detailed proposal
that fit all the needs and was OK with all of us. We've asked several fixes and got them immediately and without a need to resolve confusions, misunderstandings, etc. (the guys simply know the business !!!)
The prices were lowest vs. other competitors
(when I asked the competitors .
The guide (hello Issam ! + our thanks) was in
place and 0.5 hour before the term and was with us every time we were need for his assistance. We have got every promissed attraction in full measure, including extras, such as Camels, Jeeps, etc., that weren't reminded in origin.
Organization was perfect. Everything was
working as a Swiss Clock, which enable us to tick all action items and do it in comfortable way.
Underline - trusted operator, know the
business, responsive, fair price. If I'd have to vote - 10 points (from 10)

I wanted to be prompt and tell you how brilliant our holiday to Jordan has been. We arrived safely back yesterday. Fiiona and I had the best time ever, and your agent Mohammed was, to say the least, attentive and concerned. I did, at one time, suggest he could get a job with the FBI! He seemed so up to the mark with our drivers and general movements. We just wanted to say thanks again for organising such a great holiday for us (the office was closed by the time we came down for dinner in the evening on our final day). We had a fantastic time in Wadi Rum although it was harder work than we expected with the climbs to the springs, but worth it for the views at the top. Then we went to Al Qantarah which turned out to be the best meal of the week so it was a perfect end to the holiday. Now that we have arrived home, we would like to thank you for a very enjoyable tour in Jordan. We had a good driver in Ayman at Amman, he spoke good English, very courteous and punctual. At Petra we used a few taxis but also efficient. Mohamed is a great organiser; he rang up often to check every thing was ok. We had a good experience at Wadi Rum . Aqaba was a good experience too. Crossing the border to Syria was efficient; your driver delivered us to your Syrian driver. On the whole well done Motasem and Mohamed, we have a great trip at Jordan. We are safely home and now reflecting on a great journey through Egypt and Jordan. Thanks to Zaman tours, you have made the experience wonderful and most memorable. We truly enjoyed our trip and thank you for all the extra help and consideration that you gave our group. The journey across the Eilat/Taba border was uneventful and smooth. It was possible with extra cash for a registered Taba tour company (which we used anyway to provide the van and drive to Cairo). Still was cheaper than the fast ferry. Petra is obviously a unique place in the world but Wadi Rum was also extremely beautiful. I love deserts and Wadi Rum ranks as one of my favourite deserts in the world. First of all to tell you that our experience in Wadi Rum has been the highligt of our journey. This short trip in the desert has provide us the best and exotic feeling but too short, of course. So the images of the diferent colors of sand, the wide spaces with escultural mountains scattered about and above all the silence, this almost absolut silence that allows you to listen at the flying birds. So we are looking forward to visit a desert again. Please tell the taxi driver that his advise to spend last day in Madava made us almost "completely" happy, a nice room over Sant George church was incredible, the city itself was easy going and we found a good restaurant to enjoy jordanien food. I'm sorry it took me so long to write you back as I've promised, but I would like to thank you for the tour to Petra and Wadi Rum. The tour was organized perfectly and flawlessly, in all aspects – the timetable, the drivers and the rendezvous with them, the meals, the sights and scenes, the hotel in Wadi Musa, the guide in Petra (Ahmed) and even when the border crossing was closed unexpectedly on Saturday evening Ali the driver took us to a short tour of Aqaba and an ice cream in McDonald's... I was very satisfied with the level of service and the quality of everything that was supplied by your agency. All my friends who were with me in the tour feel the same. I will definitely come back to visit Jordan in the near future, to do more trips to the Dead Sea region and other regions in southern Jordan and I will happily contact you in the future about it.
