Day 01: Arrival in Amman
Welcome to Jordan — Ahlen Wa Sahlan! Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, you will be welcomed by our English-speaking airport representative, who will assist you with immigration, customs, and luggage collection for a smooth arrival experience.
Afterward, meet your English-speaking driver and transfer to your hotel in Amman. Check in and enjoy time to relax after your flight.
Overnight in Amman.
Day 02: Amman Walking Tour & Iraq Al-Amir
After breakfast, meet your guide and begin the day with a walk along Rainbow Street, one of Amman’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its old villas, cafés, local shops, and relaxed city atmosphere. Continue near the RSCN Wild Jordan Center, enjoying beautiful views over old Amman, before walking down toward Wasat Al Balad, the historic downtown heart of the capital.
Explore Al Balad’s lively streets, traditional markets, spice shops, gold souks, and local food spots. Along the way, enjoy the chance to taste Amman’s favorite street food, such as falafel, shawarma, fresh juices, or kunafeh. Lunch will be on your own.
Afterward, continue with Amman’s key landmarks, including the Roman Theater, the Amman Citadel with its panoramic city views, the Temple of Hercules, the Umayyad Palace, and King Abdullah I Mosque, one of the city’s most recognizable modern landmarks.
Later, drive to Iraq Al-Amir Local Society, a community-based project set in the countryside west of Amman. Meet the local community, discover traditional handicrafts, and learn about rural Jordanian life while supporting a meaningful women-led initiative.
In the evening, enjoy an authentic Jordanian dinner at Tawaheen Al Hawa Restaurant before returning to your hotel. Overnight in Amman.
Day 03: Amman – Jerash – Ajloun – Orjan Soap House – Amman
After breakfast, travel north to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world and a remarkable highlight of Jordan’s ancient heritage. Walk through its colonnaded streets, temples, theaters, and grand plazas, where the Roman character of the city is still beautifully preserved.
Continue to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century Islamic fortress built during the time of Saladin to protect the region and control important trade routes. From its hilltop setting, enjoy sweeping views over the surrounding countryside.
Afterward, visit Orjan Soap House, a local community initiative known for producing handmade natural olive oil soap. Learn about traditional soap-making and discover how local ingredients are used to create high-quality natural products.
Later, return to Amman for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 04: Amman - Madaba – Mount Nebo – Mrah Salameh – Shobak – Petra.
After breakfast at your hotel in Amman, drive to Madaba, the city of mosaics, and visit St. George’s Church, home to the famous Madaba Mosaic Map. Continue to the Madaba Archaeological Museum for a glimpse into the city’s rich history and cultural heritage.
Next, proceed to Mount Nebo, believed to be the place where Moses viewed the Promised Land. From its hilltop location, enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the Jordan Valley and the surrounding landscape.
Afterward, enjoy lunch at Mrah Salameh Restaurant, a traditional local restaurant set in Madaba’s historic Moabite caves, offering an authentic Jordanian dining experience.
Continue south along the Kings Highway, one of the region’s oldest historic routes, before visiting Shobak Castle, an impressive Crusader fortress. Enjoy Bedouin tea at Abu Ali Cave before continuing to Petra.
Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Wadi Musa.
Day 05: Petra Visit – Local Family Dinner Experience
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day visit to Petra, the Rose-Red City and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Carved into the sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans more than 2,000 years ago, Petra remains Jordan’s most iconic treasure. Walk through the Siq and arrive at the magnificent Treasury before continuing to explore the Roman Theater, Royal Tombs, colonnaded street, Qasr Al Bint, and the Byzantine Church.
In the evening, enjoy a special social experience with a local family in Wadi Musa. Share a traditional home-cooked meal, experience warm Jordanian hospitality, and learn more about local life, stories, and traditions connected to Petra. Overnight in Wadi Musa.
Day 06: Petra – Little Petra – Bedouin Desert Adventure – Wadi Rum
After breakfast at your hotel in Wadi Musa, visit Little Petra, a smaller Nabataean site once used as a caravan stop and trading station. Continue south to Wadi Rum, one of Jordan’s most spectacular desert landscapes and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Upon arrival, begin a 5-hour 4×4 desert adventure with a local Bedouin guide. Explore Wadi Rum’s red sand dunes, dramatic rock formations, hidden canyons, ancient inscriptions, and wide desert valleys. During the tour, enjoy a special Bedouin-style lunch in the desert, including traditional Jordanian Mansaf served around a bonfire, surrounded by the beauty and silence of Wadi Rum.
Later, continue to your desert camp for dinner and overnight under the stars.
Day 07: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea
Breakfast at your camp in Wadi Rum, then we’ll head to the Dead Sea, one of the world’s most famous natural wonders. This Salt Lake is renowned for its therapeutic properties and the unique sensation of floating effortlessly on its buoyant waters. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Optional visit of Aqaba City Tour, Baptism Site.
Day 08: Dead Sea – Amman Airport
After breakfast, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
